1:25:26 they did appear before the council and make the plea because they're seeing growth, even though majority of the fire districts are in the rural area, they're seeing growth just as it's occurring in the urban area, even though we have put majority of the growth in the urban area and there is a provision in the GMA to minimize, not really minimize, but look at the growth that is occurring and see how much growth you put in the rural area because it requires infrastructure, whether you're drawing, building additional well or drawing from existing water resources and the infrastructure there to support growth in the rural area where you do not provide other urban levels of services. So there is a difference in the number of growth we put in the rural area, but for some of these areas,
