And then, the second general criterion that the plans must meet, part B with 4620-050B, that A, that the district's forecasted future needs appears reasonable, B, whether the anticipated level of funding described in the district's financing plan appears reasonable and historically reliable, C, whether the level of service standards set by the district are reasonably consistent with the standards set by other districts and communities of similar socioeconomic profile, and D, whether the district appropriately applied the formula set out in 4620-060.
