The area on the south end of the site is proposed to be retained, which includes the larger wetland area that's located on site. There are three other small wetland areas on site, two and a half of them are proposed to be filled. And we are currently working with Department of Ecology to get the necessary permits to complete the fill of those wetlands. So I believe there's a letter from Department of Ecology in the record where they indicate that they don't have any, they generally don't have issues with the proposal

We believe we meet the approval criteria and all the City of Vancouver development standards have been met with this proposal.
