The chair introduced the consent agenda, asking if any board members wished to pull items for individual discussion or approve them as a group. A motion to approve the items as presented was quickly made and seconded by the board members. The board then passed the consent agenda unanimously without opposition before moving on to the first action item.

12:05 Book learning from a big, dumb country boy from Aberdeen. No, I mean, I'm from Aberdeen. We had great educators. They taught Latin in school. This is an opportunity for growth for all. And I'm ADA, and, you know, I used to, you know, be involved. This person right here was in my granting of an appointment to the City Transportation and Mobility Commission. Thank you, sir, and others. Short-lived, but I've done the work. Do the math. Look at those numbers. I've got that. Oh, right here. Thank you. All right, next up we have the consent agenda. And. Do I hear a recommendation to confirm? Bart, can we pause, please, just for a moment? We're checking phones. Okay. For public comment.
12:59 Oh, thank you. So, now up to the consent agenda. Would anybody like to pull anything or would like to approve? Motion to approve consent as approved, Davis. I'll second that. Marshall? Thank you. We have a motion and a second to approve. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Opposed? Not hearing any opposition, we will go ahead and move on to action item number one, contract award fixed route bus replacement purchase staff report 26-036. Thank you.
13:53 Good evening, Chairman and Board of Directors. My name is John Orseti. I'm the Director of Maintenance. What we have currently is C-TRAN has 16 2008, 2009 and 2010 Gillig transit buses that exceeded their useful life or need for replacement due to age and accumulated mileage in excess of 600,000 miles. We were looking to award a contract to Gillig Corporation for the purchase of 16 40-foot diesel-powered low-floor transit buses through the Washington State contract and declare aging vehicles surplus.
