First of all, I and one other person, we serve by appointment from the Board of County Counselors to review and decide development proposals in unincorporated Clark County. We are both experienced land use attorneys and we live outside of the jurisdiction so we don't have any personal connections. We're required to provide an impartial evaluation of each of these items. And I believe that I am impartial with regard to this one tonight.
